Australia India Institute (AII) will host four Indian think tank and academic visitors for a nine-day Australian visit in July 2024. This information was shared on the Institute’s June 25 Facebook post. Themed ‘India, Australia and the Indian Ocean,’ each visitor will bring a particular deep expertise on Indian Ocean maritime security affairs. This program will facilitate dialogue between Australian and Indian academic, think tank, government and NGO specialists on bilateral and multilateral cooperation opportunities in the Indian Ocean. As part of this visit, the AII will co-host a roundtable with the ANU National Security College in Canberra.
