High Commissioner of India to Australia Nagesh Singh met Professor Amit Chakma, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Western Australia (UWA), at the university’s campus in Perth to discuss opportunities to strengthen education and research cooperation between India and Australia.
According to the High Commission of India, the meeting focused on expanding institutional linkages, student mobility and UWA’s growing engagement with India.
The discussions covered opportunities to further develop education and research partnerships between Indian institutions and UWA.
The meeting highlighted the role of academic partnerships and student exchanges in strengthening connections between India and Australia.
