The Australian High Commission in New Delhi held a town hall gathering where staff members were recognised for their service and contributions to strengthening Australia–India relations.
High Commissioner Philip Green commended colleagues for their long-standing commitment and efforts in advancing bilateral ties. The event brought together members of the High Commission community in a moment of reflection and appreciation.
During the gathering, special recognition was given to Kathryn McMorrow, who received an Australian Defence Force Group Gold Commendation for her dedication and outstanding work as part of the Gender Peace and Security Directorate.
Officials said the event highlighted the importance of acknowledging individual contributions within diplomatic missions, while reinforcing the collective goal of enhancing cooperation between Australia and India.
The town hall served as a platform to celebrate achievements and foster a sense of unity within the High Commission team.
