Australia India Institute (AII) CEO and former Senator Lisa Singh met with Consul-General of India in Melbourne, Dr Sushil Kumar, for a productive discussion focused on deepening bilateral ties and enhancing diaspora engagement.
The meeting, held recently, touched on upcoming ministerial visits and the Institute’s ongoing efforts to promote stronger collaboration between Australia and India. Both leaders emphasised the importance of people-to-people connections and strategic initiatives that reinforce shared values and mutual interests.
