Consul General Dr. Sushil Kumar honoured the fallen soldiers at Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance on Remembrance Day, recently. Representing India at the service, Dr. Kumar joined local veterans, officials, and the public in paying respects to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in war.
Dr. Kumar laid a wreath at the Shrine and emphasized the deep ties between Australia and India, connected through shared values of courage and commitment. He noted that Remembrance Day is a powerful reminder of unity and respect for all who have served.
