The vibrant spirit of Hariyali Teej came alive in Perth as the Haryanvi Association of Western Australia hosted a colourful celebration, bringing together members of the Indian community.
Consul Naresh Kumar attended the festivities, joining the community in marking the traditional festival that celebrates monsoon, prosperity, and the cultural heritage of Haryana.
The event featured traditional songs, dance, festive attire, and a joyous atmosphere that reflected the rich traditions of the region. Organisers expressed their gratitude for the community’s enthusiastic participation and the presence of the Consul, which added to the cultural significance of the occasion.
