Officials at the Consulate General of India, Brisbane, led by Consul General Neetu Bhagotia, held a discussion on the “Seva Sankalp Resolution” adopted by the Union Cabinet during its inaugural meeting at the new Prime Minister’s Office, known as Seva Tirth.
During the session, officials read and deliberated on the objectives of the resolution, which emphasises service-oriented governance and a renewed commitment to public welfare. Participants reaffirmed their dedication to implementing the principles outlined in the resolution, particularly in strengthening citizen-centric services.
The discussion also focused on improving the delivery of consular services, including passport-related assistance and other essential services provided to members of the Indian community. Officials noted that the resolution reinforces the mission’s commitment to efficiency, responsiveness, and service to citizens.
