The Fit India Off and Lifestyle for Environment initiative was recently held in Sydney, focusing on the importance of sports and environmental initiatives in indigenous communities. The event, which received strong support, saw the participation of Indian High Commissioner Gopal Baglay and Consul General Dr. S. Janakiraman.
The dignitaries took part in various activities and had the opportunity to meet aspiring athletes, including the legendary Australian marathoner and Chair of the Indigenous Marathon Foundation, Robert de Castella AO MBE.
