High Commissioner of India Nagesh Singh addressed the Commonwealth Club of Australia’s Capital Lecture Series Dinner as the distinguished guest speaker, reflecting on the historic relationship between India and Australia and the enduring legacy of Field Marshal K.M. Cariappa.
