High Commissioner of India to Australia Nagesh Singh visited the upgraded Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) in Canberra to review its operations and interact with staff providing passport, visa and other consular services.
The visit highlighted the High Commission’s continued focus on strengthening consular services and ensuring timely, transparent and citizen-centric assistance for the Indian community and other applicants across Australia.
During the visit, the High Commissioner reviewed the centre’s upgraded facilities and discussed service delivery with the ICAC team. He appreciated the staff’s efforts in enhancing the efficiency of passport, visa and consular services while meeting the growing needs of the Indian diaspora.
The upgraded centre is part of the High Commission’s ongoing efforts to improve customer experience and streamline consular processes through modern infrastructure and enhanced service standards.
