The Maitri Showcase, organised by the Centre for Australia-India Relations, highlighted the growing bonds of friendship and cooperation between Australia and India. The event brought together leaders, community members, and stakeholders to celebrate the multifaceted ties shared by the two nations.
In her keynote address, Dr Anne Aly MP, Minister for Multicultural Affairs, emphasised the spirit of Maitri—friendship, inclusivity, and collaboration—as central to Australia-India relations. The showcase reflected on cultural, social, and economic partnerships, reinforcing the importance of mutual understanding and collaboration in strengthening the bilateral relationship.
