Bhopal, Aug 29 (IANS) The Madhya Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold its two‑day State Executive Committee meeting in Orchha from Sunday to deliberate on the party’s political resolution, organisational strengthening, booth‑level strategy and upcoming programmes.
The meeting will be held at Hotel Rajmahal/Raj Vilas in Orchha, Niwari district. It will be attended by senior leaders from the BJP’s national and state leadership, including Union ministers, MPs, state ministers, office‑bearers and members of the State Executive Committee.
According to the BJP, the meeting will focus on strengthening the organisation and preparing its future action plan. Discussions will include organisational expansion, booth strengthening, training, upcoming programmes and political strategy.
National Joint General Secretary (Organisation) Shiv Prakash, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, state BJP president Hemant Khandelwal, state in‑charge Mahendra Singh and Regional Organisation General Secretary Ajay Jamwal will attend. Union ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Jyotiraditya Scindia are also scheduled to participate, along with other Union ministers, MPs, state ministers and senior party functionaries.
“The State Executive Committee meeting will deliberate extensively on strengthening, activating and making the organisation more effective, besides discussing the upcoming organisational action plan,” the Madhya Pradesh BJP said in a statement.
The first day’s programme on August 30 will begin with registration and refreshments, followed by flag hoisting and the inauguration of an exhibition. Party leaders and members will also listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat. Discussions on the political resolution and organisational issues will follow the inaugural session.
The party will also deliberate on “Samrasta ka Sankalp” and “Viksit Bharat 2047”. A cultural programme and dinner are scheduled for the evening, followed by a visit to the Ram Raja Temple in Orchha.
On August 31, a ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ workshop will be held before the concluding session. The BJP said discussions would also focus on making booth strengthening, organisational expansion and training more effective.
The implementation of welfare schemes of the Centre and the Madhya Pradesh government will also be reviewed, particularly their delivery to the last person in society.
“The meeting will be important in deciding the organisation’s future direction and action plan and strengthening the resolve for service, good governance, organisational expansion and a developed India at the grassroots level,” it said.
The meeting will conclude on August 31 after discussions on the party’s organisational priorities and future programmes.
