The sophisticated all-day dining restaurant at The Oberoi, Gurgaon is hosting Chef Gerald Genson, Executive Chef – Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur.

Throughout the promotion, Chef Genson will offer a special menu that includes genuine regional French delicacies and has been carefully prepared with his distinctive panache.
Some of the signature dishes are as follows:
French Onion Soup
Beluga caviar, winter potato and Champagne cream sauce
Duck leg confit with mesclun, potato salardaise and balsamic reduction
Lamb loin in crispy crust with Provencal vegetables and thyme jus
La Tarte au Chocolat – chocolate tart cooked a la minute with praline and Malaga ice cream
