The Consulate General of India, Brisbane, participated in a community tree plantation drive organised by the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Temple, Kingston, bringing members of the community together to promote environmental sustainability.
The initiative involved the planting of approximately 300 to 500 trees, according to the Consulate General of India, Brisbane.
The drive highlighted community participation in environmental conservation and encouraged collective action towards creating a greener future.
The Consulate described the initiative as an example of community-led action for environmental sustainability.
