Consul General of India in Sydney Dr S Janakiraman visited the newly established VFS Centre in Sydney to inspect its facilities, review its operations and interact with staff and applicants.
During the visit, the Consul General assessed the centre’s new infrastructure and service delivery arrangements aimed at providing efficient passport, visa and consular services to the Indian community and other applicants.
He also met VFS staff members, who reaffirmed their commitment to delivering timely, efficient and customer-focused services. The Consul General interacted with several applicants to receive firsthand feedback on their experience at the new centre and the quality of services being provided.
The visit reflected the Consulate General’s continued focus on enhancing consular services and ensuring a smooth, transparent and citizen-centric experience for applicants across New South Wales.
