MELBOURNE, April 24/ INDIAN ABROAD NEWSDESK
A roundtable discussion in Melbourne brought together academics and policy experts to explore collaboration opportunities between Australia, India, and the Republic of Korea, with a focus on strengthening cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
The session was co-hosted by Grace Corcoran of the Australia India Institute and Alexander Hynd as part of the Korean Studies Symposium.
Discussions focused on identifying areas of partnership among the three countries and examining how they can contribute to building a peaceful and prosperous Indo-Pacific.
Participants highlighted the importance of collaboration across strategic, economic, and academic spheres.
The roundtable also emphasised the role of academic and policy institutions in facilitating dialogue, knowledge exchange, and coordinated approaches to regional challenges.
Participants noted that such engagements reflect the growing importance of trilateral cooperation among like-minded countries in shaping the future of the Indo-Pacific region.
