The Telugu Association of Australia Inc. (TAAI) recently organised an engaging Maitreya session featuring Dr Mahesh Bandarupalli, offering valuable insights into health, nutrition, and lifestyle practices.
The session focused on connecting health concepts with Indian and Telugu food habits, making the discussion practical and relatable for attendees. Dr Bandarupalli addressed common misconceptions and shared actionable takeaways, which resonated strongly with participants.
Adding a personal dimension to the session, Nirmala Gangireddy shared her experiences, providing real-life perspectives that enhanced the overall discussion.
