As part of the International Day of Yoga 2025 celebrations, young students from the School of Malayalam Language Inc enthusiastically participated in a special yoga session recently organised by the Consulate General of India in Perth.
The session was facilitated by Sky Yoga and introduced the young participants to the physical and mental benefits of yoga through guided practices. The event reflected the growing interest in holistic wellness among youth and promoted the values of health, mindfulness, and cultural connection.
The celebration highlighted the Consulate’s commitment to involving the younger generation in India’s timeless traditions and spreading awareness about the global significance of yoga.
