CEO Lisa Singh of the Australia India Institute addressed a session hosted by the Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA) Tasmania on the theme “The Rise of Middle Power Climate Diplomacy: An Australia–India Partnership.”
The discussion focused on the growing role of middle powers in tackling global challenges through strategic partnerships. It highlighted how collaboration between countries like Australia and India can create a meaningful impact on climate governance, particularly in the Indo-Pacific region.
The session explored opportunities for both nations to work together in advancing climate diplomacy and addressing shared environmental concerns.
